1. I recently purchased a luxury SUV from Import Auto & Truck and am very pleased with my decision. I selected a car with some collision damage, but I truly cannot see where the repairs were made -- Gene's body shop repaired the car so beautifully, the car looks absolutely brand new. And to top it off, I wrote a check for the purchase because the price was incredible. The customer service provided by Gene was outstanding -- he was very patient with me, answered all my questions and gave me plenty of time to thouroughly look the car over, and drive it for as long as I needed to make the decision. This is my dream car with very low mileage bought at a very reasonable price. I would recommend Gene's business to anyone looking for a great buy on a car! Thanks, Gene!

2. Just recently I purchased a 2005 VW Golf GL from Import Auto and Truck. And I have to say that I will most certainly be back. I was thoroughly impressed both by the conditions of the cars and the amazing prices that they can be found at. The biggest factor for me in all honesty was Gene. He was so incredibly kind and a really genuinely nice person. He held my car for me for over a week and was very patient with the banks long loan process. I really appriciate all of the great service and the geniune kindness that Gene showed me and my family as we went through the motions of purchasing the car. Its a great car and drives perfectly, I and my family will be back!

3. Recently my Dad and I made a trip to Import Auto to look at a Honda Civic SI, which was very reasonably priced! The owner/salesman, Gene is very reasonable and explains everything in percise detail so there is no room for confusion. So far, the car has been an excellent purchase and drives and looks like a dream! Gene is the most flexible sales person you will ever encounter and stands behind his cars 100%, Customer Service is great, Gene makes sure that you are taken care of and that you are satisfied. If you are looking for used car make sure to check Import Auto out, I have had a very positive experience thus far!

4. I feel a letter of thanks and praise is due to Import Auto and Truck of Chattanooga. I recently purchased a 2003 VW Jetta TDI wagon from Gene Ryabchuk, and I couldn't be more pleased. Gene took the time to describe every detail of the car over the phone and was very patient in answering all of my questions. He was very open, honest and up-front in his dialog. I live in SE Michigan, and Gene understood that I was considering buying a vehicle sight unseen. As his web site explains, many of his vehicles have had some collision damage, and have been repaired/rebuilt to varying degrees. This car had sustained substantial front end damage (ran underneath another vehicle). Gene immediately offered to send me some "before" pictures of the car prior to any repair work that was performed. He took the time to explain in detail what had been replaced and assured me that all the repairs had been "done right". We did a "handshake contract" over the phone, and Gene picked me up at the airport 2 days later. I promptly drove the car 650 miles back to SE Michigan, and the car performed just as Gene said it would. The repairs were excellent and were done with obvious care and attention to detail. As a car hobbyist, and certified AAG appraiser, I know shoddy work when I see it. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a great car in an affordable price range. This Jetta wagon I purchased proved to me that a collision doesn't have to mean a trip to the crusher and the inevitable, wasteful (and unfortunate) landfilling of useable cars and parts. GO GENE and GO "GREEN".

5. We looked everywhere for our 2008 Mustang. We found the quality, price and overall satisfaction that will definitely bring us back to Import auto and truck for our next purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealership to any of my friends for their next car purchase. The most courteous and honest service I have experienced while purchasing a vehicle.
